Responsibility:
To interact with UK customers through letters and answer customer queries

• The role is responsible for delivering an excellent standard of customer service to customer and use their personality/drafting skills to enhance customer experience through emails/letters exchanged.

• To be aware about business and customer needs and offer accurate and comprehensive information in our responses.

• To consistently exceed the set daily, weekly and monthly targets on TAT, Productivity, Quality & CSAT scores.

• Go through updates on a regular basis & implement them.

• Adhere to and comply with organization's policies and procedures pertaining to the process

• To participate in the periodic and weekly team meetings to understand targets and functional updates.

• Makes an effort to know about the process/business and exhibits appropriate corporate behavior
