Meetin.gs This is a cloud application to schedule and manage meetings with ease. Users can invite colleagues and clients to meetings and get confirmation of their attendance too. No downloads, nothing to install. Just login through your Facebook account and add setup@meetin.gs to your meeting guest list on either the Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook. This creates a centrally accessible area for the meeting participants. The application, on its own, emails the login links to all the participants you've chosen, rightaway. And, whenever he or she makes changes or updates to a meeting schedule, you get to know of it, immediately. Posting of agenda well ahead of the meeting can be of great help as it can be edited by colleagues / participants, if need be. SignNow This is indeed an innovative cloud application,  a quickest and simplest way to get a document signed by people wherever they may be based. The documents can be got signed electronically by any number of people who are separated by great distances.  It is secure as bank level SSL encryption is deployed on the entire site, and as soon as the documents are done they are deleted.  And, what more, it is legal wherever electronic signatures are held valid even though the digital  signature generated by SignNow may look a bit odd! StickySorter I love to use this e-tool to note down, edit, move and group the notes on my desktop. Developed by two Microsoft Employees, Sticky Sorter, can do all this and much more than what can be done with the physical stickers. Yes, you can use it to capture and record your thoughts and ideas, sift through, and organize them. Not only notes can be recorded using this application, even import of data from existing files is possible. Among the other features are: recording of multiple fields on a note, a field editor to name and organize fields and to set properties, such as whether a field should appear on the front or back side of the note, notes can be saved to csv file format to help open them in a variety of application, and choice of colours for each sticky note.
