WALK IN INTERVIEWS  : Date & Timings: Nov 11th (Wednesday) to Nov 13th (Friday) Time : 11:00 AM to 3:00PM Venue: A-37, Sector - 60 Noida   Contact us at : 971100223; 0120-3245852 / 53   * Handling inbound calls * Document the calls to ensure all information is captured * Ensure one time call resolution * Maintain accuracy of information given and documented * Adhere to standard operating procedures required by the process * Attend briefings, trainings/refresher sessions and meetings as required

* 6 months to 2 years of experience in any Voice based process* Excellent Verbal Communication* Active listening and probing slkills* Sound understanding of MS office Excellent Communication skills* Good Analytical Skills
