Salary : For initial 6 months salary is 6K & after 6 months, salary is 10K, After the completion of 1 year salary will be revised as per the company compensation policy Service Conditions: You will have to give an interest free training deposit of Rs. 1,50,000 at the time of joining, payable to the company, under the condition that if you resigning from the services of the company within 3 yrs of joining, the company would forfeit the amount. The interest free training deposit of Rs. 1,50,000 is refundable to you after the successful completion of 3 years in the company. After taking the training for 6months-1yr new recruits always have a tendency to jump to another organization for higher than the paid salary if they do so company would be incurring huge loss. A caution deposit of Rs 1,50,000/- is taken from the candidate as deposit as Employee Retention Fee for Three years. After Recruit completes Three years in the company, Amount is paid back to the recruit. We take caution deposit to ensure that after getting Rigorous training from us on our Product new recruits for one year should stay back for the company at least for two more year.
