Job Responsibilities:
Perform call observations of consumer sales & service call centers of the client
Observe about 15-20 calls a day
Observations could comprise of monitoring technical support calls for various lines of Businesses for the Client
Enter monitorings in an application
Ensure that samplings are evenly distributed by coaches
