Job Description:
Screening calls of Collection agents located in US and identify whether the call is ratable or not. Then these screened calls have to be passed on to the US agents for them to monitor.
Performance measured on a monthly basis on no. of calls evaluated per production hour, accuracy scores.
Key Responsibilities:
Process success parameters include –
1. Productivity – Calculated on no. of calls evaluated per production hour
2. Accuracy – 90%. Quality of the calls evaluated, based on the samples checked by the internal and client quality group.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. 1 to 2 years of experience. Fresher's with good communication skills can also apply
2. Comfortable working in Staggered Shifts
3. Ability to Multi-task
4. Good Language skills (English written)
5. Good e-mail management skills
6. Good keyboard skills (Typing 25 wpm)
7. Computer basics & MS Office
