Responsible for managing all facets of application performance from availability to capacity planning and analysis & upgrades. Operationalizing Weblogic instances including patching, deployment, log managment,  startup  shutdown etc.  Provide turnover and training Operations and offshore personnel as needed.  Demonstrated understanding of network & system security, firewalls, security logs, audit logs, etc Proficient knowledge and practice of Perl or Unix Shell scripting. Candidate should possess excellent analytical and decision making skills.
