To remove background colour from images one could use the versatile Photoshop, but, to learn to use it isnt easy, and not an immediate solution. Instead try Instant Mask. It's a simple tool which can be used to identify the foreground and background colors of an image and replace it with a custom color of your choice. Just load an image into the program and use the two markers to work with - The Green one used to select the foreground color, and the red to select the background color of the image. Once the foreground and backgrounds are identified, click the process button to remove the background. You can also use the search button to zoom onto your image.
