All referred candidates in Technical Buddy must have at least 3 years (36 Months) of experience in their relevant fields.

 

The employee should know the person referred personally or professionally.

 

The referee should stand-by the referral candidate for any kind of personal and professional reference checks.

 

 

Off campus fresher hiring is not covered under Buddy award / incentive program.

*     Validity of the CV sent to buddy is 6 months only. If the candidate is recruited after the expiry of the validity period, referee will not be eligible to Buddy award.
