No downloads, nothing to install. Just login through your Facebook account and add setup@meetin.gs to your meeting guest list on either the Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook. This creates a centrally accessible area for the meeting participants. The application, on its own, emails the login links to all the participants you've chosen, rightaway. And, whenever he or she makes changes or updates to a meeting schedule, you get to know of it, immediately. Posting of agenda well ahead of the meeting can be of great help as it can be edited by colleagues / participants, if need be. SignNow This is indeed an innovative cloud application,  a quickest and simplest way to get a document signed by people wherever they may be based. The documents can be got signed electronically by any number of people who are separated by great distances.  It is secure as bank level SSL encryption is deployed on the entire site, and as soon as the documents are done they are deleted.  And, what more, it is legal wherever electronic signatures are held valid even though the digital  signature generated by SignNow may look a bit odd!
