Window Manager let you move the active window to any side or corner of the screen. Simply use the shortcut Win+Num pad (this is of course editable). If you have multiple screen you can move the foreground window to the next screen. If screens don't have the same resolution, the window is resized.
If you need to position window more finely on selecting the position with a grid (alt+space and it is also editable).
WindowManager is an open source app that works on Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8. Testing was carried out on Windows 8 Pro, x64.
