Java, Weblogic and SQL openings in AtoS @Pune location

We have planned a recruitment drive for JAVA, & WEBLOGIC on Saturday 25, August 2012 at our Pune Ph 2 office. Please see the Job Description below.

v JAVA

·         Experience: Between 4 - 8 years

·         Job Location: Pune

·         Requirement Details:

o    Mandatory Key skills – Java, JEE, MVC implementation experience, UML and J2EE Design Patterns

o    Knowledge of Spring Framework (Core, AOP,  DAO,MVC),Spring Batch, MVC implementation experience, UML and J2EE Design Patterns

o    Strong technical background in SQLServer/Oracle.Knowledge in JSF, Web sphere , Spring/Hibernate would be preferred

o    Experience in designing and developing reusable software components based on the design specifications

o    Exposure to design patterns Experience in creating enhancing and executing unit tests using test driven approach with JUnit

o    Up to date with latest J2EE technologies and tools/frame works

o    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

o    Ability to proactively identify and resolve technical issues with excellent troubleshooting skills

o    Willing to work in shifts

o    Willing to work on Application support and enhancement

o    Willing to work on Incident management

 

 

v Weblogic

 

·         Experience: Between 4 - 8 years

·         Job Location: Pune

·         Requirement Details:

o    Extensive knowledge of Oracle Weblogic

o    Experience with Weblogic 9.1 and above

o    Experience in Oracle Application Server version 9i/10g on OC4J (Oracle Containers for J2EE (Java

o    platform, Enterprise Edition)), SSO (Single Sign On), Identity Management, LDAP (Lightweight Directory

o    Access Protocol), Forms, Reports, Discoverer

o    Oracle Weblogic Certification is preferredMandatory Key skills – Java, JEE, MVC implementation experience, UML and J2EE Design Patterns

o    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

o    Ability to proactively identify and resolve technical issues with excellent troubleshooting skills

o    Willing to work in shifts

o    Willing to work on Application support and enhancement

The Developer will be responsible for:

·         Redesigning scripts and maintaining records

·         Ensuring availability and supportability

·         Test and maintain the operating environment

·         Emergency response to production environment issues

·         Support the analysis, design and coding of applications, work with development team to ensure that custom applications fit into our architecture and are efficiently tuned

·         Other activities to ensure smooth operation and modifications to these application.

·         Support of test and production environments in a timely manner and documentation of processes in

·         Response to Helpdesk requests are required

 

The Weblogic Administrator is responsible for : 

  • Installation and configuration of Weblogic clusters in multiple environments, (Red Hat Linux, Solaris 10 and Microsoft Windows)
  • Participate in Service Management Processes such as incident, problem, change and IT asset management.
  • Responsible for managing all facets of application performance from availability to capacity planning and analysis & upgrades.
  • Operationalizing Weblogic instances including patching, deployment, log managment,  startup  shutdown etc. 
  • Provide turnover and training Operations and offshore personnel as needed. 
  • Demonstrated understanding of network & system security, firewalls, security logs, audit logs, etc
  • Proficient knowledge and practice of Perl or Unix Shell scripting.
  • Candidate should possess excellent analytical and decision making skills.
  • Familiarity with IT methodologies such as  ITIL, SDLC and Agile development beneficial.

Requirement Details:

·         Hands-on experience in developing/maintaining SQL statements (DML/DDL)

·         Oracle procedures, Triggers & Functions on Oracle

·         Strong knowledge of Relational Databases concepts. At least one type of database organization access and retrieval technique

·         SQL performance tuning. Knowledge of Oracle Architecture concept.

·         Hands-on experience in one of the required development environments and tools (Toad, Pl/Sql developer).

·         Good Operating Systems knowledge and associated commands (UNIX [AIX/Solaris], MS Windows).

·         Hands-on experience in developing/maintaining Shell Scripts

·         Working knowledge on any other database would be added advantage – Microsoft SQL  Server/ DB2/Access DB
